Terms of Use
Last updated: 14 September 2026
These terms of use govern access to and use of the website orentys.com. Please read them carefully before using the website.
1. Acceptance of these terms
These terms of use govern access to and use of the website orentys.com, jointly operated by SPAIN C&T, S.L. and Código Media Comunicación, S.L. (together, ORENTYS). Accessing and using the website constitutes acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website.
2. Purpose and scope of the service
The website exists to present ORENTYS's products and services, grouped into three solutions — BrandLens, AudienceLab and ContentFlow — and to facilitate business contact with the ORENTYS team. These terms govern only the use of this informational website; they do not govern use of the ORENTYS platform or application, which, once available, will be governed by its own terms of service and, where applicable, a specific contract with each customer.
3. No account registration or SaaS functionality on this website
As of this update, the website does not offer account registration, trial periods, paid subscriptions, credit generation, or direct access to ORENTYS platform functionality. The website includes a contact form so you can tell us about your situation; using it does not constitute a contract or create any financial obligation.
4. Permitted use of the website
You may access and browse the website, and use the contact form, for lawful purposes related to learning about our services or getting in touch with our team.
5. Prohibited uses
- Using the website for unlawful purposes or in breach of these terms.
- Introducing or disseminating unlawful or offensive content, or content that infringes third-party rights, through the contact form.
- Causing damage to the website's systems, or attempting to gain unauthorised access to restricted areas or to third-party data.
- Using automated tools to bulk-extract content from the website without express authorisation.
6. ORENTYS content and intellectual property
The website's content, including the ORENTYS, BrandLens, AudienceLab and ContentFlow trademarks, is protected by intellectual- and industrial-property rights, as described in our Legal Notice.
7. Informational nature of AI-related content
The website describes solutions that use artificial intelligence and AI-assisted analysis to detect brand-visibility patterns (BrandLens), explore audience perceptions (AudienceLab), and guide content decisions (ContentFlow). The descriptions on this website are informational and commercial in nature, describing what these solutions do; they do not constitute a live demonstration or a guarantee of specific results.
When you access the ORENTYS platform, any analysis, recommendations and other output generated or assisted by artificial intelligence will be directional in nature. They do not replace professional judgement or the final business decision, which remains, in every case, the responsibility of the user or their organisation. ORENTYS does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or scientific validity of such output, and may rely on third-party AI providers to generate it, on terms to be set out in the platform's specific conditions.
8. Third-party links and services
The website does not currently include links to third-party websites unrelated to ORENTYS. Should links of this kind be added in the future, ORENTYS will assume no responsibility for the content, policies or practices of those third-party sites.
9. Service availability
ORENTYS will make reasonable efforts to keep the website running smoothly, without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability or continuity.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The website and its content are provided as is. ORENTYS does not warrant that the website is free of errors, or that the information published is complete, accurate or permanently up to date, without prejudice to our commitment to keeping it reasonably well maintained.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, ORENTYS will not be liable for damages arising from the use, or inability to use, the website, except in cases where such liability cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
12. Changes to these terms
We may amend these terms to reflect legislative changes or changes to the website or our services. We will publish any change on this same page, showing the date of the last update.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute arising from access to or use of the website, and unless applicable law provides otherwise in light of the visitor's status as a consumer, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid (Spain), expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that might apply to them.
